My version of today's WOD:
Three rounds for time of:
10 pull ups
10 dips
30 squat thrusters, 45 pounds
12 Handstand push-ups
110 pound Power clean, 15 reps
My goal was under 25 minutes...

The HSPU's were pretty weak; I can't do all reps with my head reaching bottom yet.
