My version of today's killer WOD:
Five rounds, each for time of:
115 pound Thruster, 5 reps
10 Pull-ups
10 box jumps, 22"
Rest 1 minute
This was prescribed for ten rounds - who has time for that?! I'm completely gassed after five. My fastest round was 1:08 and the slowest was 1:55.
