This was meant to be posted yesterday...
Since I don't have the ability to do this WOD as described out here in the desert, I did tabata push ups and squats with a 20 pound vest.
My goal for the push ups was ten reps. I started out great, doing ten in the first four rounds, but dropped to five by the eighth round. :(
My goal for the squats was 15 reps, which I achieved.
