Make Up

Todayis supposed to be a rest day, but since I rested the past two days out in the desert I made up my own WOD:

Three rounds for time:

5 deadlifts, 200 pounds
10 kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
20 SDHP, 45 pounds

The goal was sub-9 minutes...
